Click the Register link under the Sign In button, select the type of user, and then follow the on-screen instructions. An e-mail will be sent to the address you provide upon registration. Click the link in the email to continue the registration process.

As part of enhanced security, on August 21st, 2010, Jackson introduced a change to the log in process. You will be asked to answer a security question the first time you log in on or after this date.
When you sign in from a computer you haven't used to access www.jackson.com before, we take an extra step to verify who you are by asking you to answer a security question.
When you are logging in from your personal computer, you may want to uncheck the public computer check box located on the Sign In page. When you uncheck this box, you will no longer need to answer a security question.
After log in, click the Profile link in the upper right hand corner. On the My Profile page, select Update Security Questions.

The Dashboard is the page you see when you have successfully logged in to your account. We have provided commonly requested information on the Dashboard at your fingertips.
Some policy values are shown on your Jackson.com Dashboard. From the Dashboard, click your policy number for detailed policy information.
Depending on whether you have an annuity or life policy, use either the Annuity Service Request or Life Service Request form. You can find these forms in the Quick Forms area of your Dashboard.
