  • How do I register on the website?

Click the Register link in the upper right of the screen, select the type of user, and then follow the on-screen instructions. An e-mail will be sent to the address you provide upon registration. Click the link in the email to continue the registration process.

  • I forgot my user name. How can I retrieve it?

Go to the Forgot User Name page.

  • I forgot my password. How do I change it?

Go to the Forgot Password page.

  • Why are you asking me to answer a security question when I log in?

As part of enhanced security, on August 21, 2010, Jackson introduced a change to the log in process. You will be asked to answer a security question the first time you log in on or after this date.

  • Why are you asking me if I am using a public computer?

When you sign in from a computer you haven't used to access before, we take an extra step to verify who you are by asking you to answer a security question.

When you are logging in from your personal computer, you may want to uncheck the public computer check box located on the Sign In page. When you uncheck this box, you will no longer need to answer a security question.

  • How can I update my security questions and answers?

After log in, click the Profile link in the upper right hand corner. On the My Profile page, select Update Security Questions.

  • What is the number for the telephone voice response system for Jackson policies?

  • Can I verify my address or make updates to my address online?

Yes, from the Policy Detail page after log in.

  • Can I get a copy of past statements online?

Yes. After logging in to the website, click the Electronic Filing Cabinet link on the left of the screen.

  • What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is the page you see when you have successfully logged in to your account. We have provided commonly requested information on the Dashboard at your fingertips.

  • Where do I find policy values?

Some policy values are shown on your Dashboard. From the Dashboard, click your policy number for detailed policy information.

  • What form do I submit to change my beneficiary?

Depending on whether you have an annuity or life policy, use either the Annuity Service Request or Life Service Request form. You can find these forms in the Quick Forms area of your Dashboard.

  • My policy is not available online. Why?

In some cases, you may see a status message indicating that the system is unavailable. If this happens, please try this again later. If this isn't the case, contact Jackson.
