Steve Binioris is responsible for Jackson's asset/liability management program, including the development and execution of the company's financial risk management plan. He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Binioris is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Drew Bowden oversees the legal and compliance departments of Jackson and its North American affiliates. Previously, he served as the director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Bowden holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Mandich leads the team that manages Jackson's investment portfolio and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PPMA. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Valparaiso University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
