Past performance does not guarantee future results. Performance data shown represents past performance. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted. If viewing a printed version of this material, the most recent month-end performance may be found at www.jackson.com. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost.

This fund has a portion of its fees waived and/or reimbursed. Performance returns would be lower without the fee waivers and/or reimbursements. Contractual waivers and/or expense reimbursements will continue for at least one year from the date of the most recent fund prospectus and continue thereafter unless the Board of Trustees approves a change in or elimination of the waivers and/or reimbursements. There is no guarantee that an existing voluntary waiver will be provided in the future.
