What is Jackson doing to ensure business continuity during this time?
In response to cities and states across the country that have enacted shelter-in-place and other orders resulting from the current crisis, Jackson’s Business Continuity Team quickly enacted procedures to enable our associates to work remotely—from the safety of their homes using a variety of technologies. As a result, our customer service, sales and all other critical business functions remain fully operational and are ready to provide the same excellent service our customers and business partners have come to expect from us. Our Business Continuity Team, comprised of senior leaders from across the organization, continues to actively monitor the situation and has measures in place that ensure the safety of our associates, providing uninterrupted service to our customers, and monitoring scenarios that could have potential impacts to our business. We also continue to monitor and take appropriate action to comply with changing state regulations that provide for extended grace periods or consideration of applicable benefits.
